Docker reports that the issue is resolved. We are also seeing all of the failing monitoring checks now healthy again.

Identified

Docker Hub is currently undergoing a service disruption. Builds which need to pull an image from hub.docker.com will likely fail during this incident. We will update when Docker has resolved their issue.
